Since 1991, Michael Everhart has directed custom research projects for Schmidt clients in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, and technology. His areas of focus include customer satisfaction and loyalty, market characterization and opportunity assessments, and understanding the customer decision process through win/loss, onboarding and defection analysis. Michael also directs all of Schmidt’s international studies.
Michael is particularly noted for his thoroughness in research design. His ability to grasp complex information and relationships, ensures that research studies are well-thought out and meet client objectives. He is also noted for his ability to apply marketing and business savvy to ensure that research results are insightful and actionable.
Michael has a B.S. in quantitative business analysis from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in public and international affairs from the University of Pittsburgh. Michael has held a Professional Researcher Certification from the Market Research Association since September 2005.
