As a Qualitative Research Manager, Jennifer gives our clients an in-depth look into what their customers think about their brand and why. A true people person, Jennifer enjoys not only interacting with her own clients, but also hearing first-hand stories from their customers. Her passion is getting to the heart of customer problems and turning their stories into solutions that help others by improving processes, services and products.

Jennifer holds a B.A. in Psychology from Duquesne University and an M. Ed. in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
