Kevin Mahler, PRC
As Research Director, Kevin helps to push research results beyond surface-level insights. We never see Kevin happier than when clients achieve that "ah-ha" moment of a truly actionable insight that makes impactful change in their organization. Over the last decade, he has used his industry experience in traditional and nonprofit sectors to bolster our service in customer satisfaction and product development research, marketing promotions and strategy, sales and product management, website design and usability testing, as well as volunteer management and training.
Kevin's experience is grounded in an education that includes a bachelor’s degree from Duke University in sociology and anthropology, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, the Professional Researcher Certification from the Insights Association, and the Qualtrics Customer Experience Expert certification. Kevin also teaches graduate and undergraduate marketing classes at the University of Pittsburgh.
