Ruth came to us as a senior analyst and statistician. Today, she's our information powerhouse in financial services and consumer trends particularly in the areas of customer satisfaction, loyalty models, key driver analysis and market segmentation.
Combining her MBA and B.S. in mathematics, Ruth is a blend of business mind and analyst that makes her an invaluable asset to our financial, consumer and B2B clients. Her previous experience as market research manager at Mellon Bank (now BNY Mellon) gives her the unique ability to understand the challenges of the financial industry as well as those of market research staff. She's also our go-to expert on a wide range of multivariate data techniques including regression, discriminant, factor, cluster, CHAID and MaxDiff analyses. Ruth holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University.
