Michael Everhart, PRC
Michael joined us as a Research Manager in 1991 and worked his way up to Vice President. The same enthusiasm that propelled Michael through our organization also makes him a favorite among clients. He shows up to every project with a fresh mindset that is known for generating creative and effective solutions to inherently complicated situations. His ability to synthesize complex information and build deep personal relationships help him lead strategic direction with our financial, B2B and international clients. His areas of focus include customer satisfaction and loyalty, market characterization and opportunity assessments, and understanding the customer decision process through win/loss, onboarding and defection analysis.
In addition to his 25+ years of experience, Michael has a B.S. in quantitative business analysis from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in public and international affairs from the University of Pittsburgh. Michael has held a Professional Researcher Certification from the Insights Association since September 2005.
