Having worked across several departments at Schmidt, Rebecca pulls from a breadth of experience in research methodologies and data analysis in her current role as Research Manager. This background allows her to bring a rounded, real world perspective to puzzling consumer behavior in evolving markets. In her role, Rebecca enjoys analyzing data to help clients resolve customer satisfaction issues and improve brand performance.
Rebecca holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University. Rebecca also holds the Professional Researcher Certification from the Insights Association.
