- Recruiting participants from external panels, client and member lists.
- Developing recruiting screeners and taking the additional steps to ensure the right participants were chosen for the study through re-screening and articulation by phone.
- Replacing participants when last-minute cancellations occur, ensuring a full recruit.
- Providing technology support to participants prior to and during the research sessions.
